I wouldn’t normally leave a review but I am frustrated and frankly, very surprised that a company like Starbucks wouldn’t have enough money in the til to break a $50.nThat being said, what truly upset me, was the gentlemen at the window “helping me” who just stared at me after telling me he can’t break it. I have worked customer service my whole life and that’s an error on your end buddy. You work for a company worth $30 billion dollars?? I was waiting for you to give me the coffee and sandwich and say no worries.. but instead you say nothing. I had to ask you if you were denying me my order? Use your words. You sent me away empty handed and didn’t even apologize or atleast give me my free ice water? I time my route to work perfectly and work 7-2 with no break. I’m now pulling into work tired, thirsty & starving ud83dudc4cud83cudffb
I sent my Pickup order to the wrong store and this store jumped right on it and told me not to worry about it. Such great service here!
Ordered extra cram and it is real sharp and bitter so unsure if added the extra. Nice staff! Thanks!
Pretty much exactly what you would expect from a well run Starbucks, clean friendly service and barely quick enough.nnWhile I still enjoy Starbucks coffee and tea products their consistent long lines can sometimes make me pass or go else where.nnThis location is consistently quick enough
