Friendly and clean!
The employees are always kind and patient. The drive thru lines moves quick! I usually always get my order right. It's a miss or a hit but it's like that everywhere. I've always gotten my sauce so that's a plus ud83dude05
Great place to eat close to work. Use to have a nice indoor play place for kids but not sure if it is still there.
They forgot sauce in my meal and tried to charge me. When I said that it made no sense to charge bc they forgot it in all the nugget meals. They proceeded to be Hand me then aggressive and were disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want someone to be rude about everything.nNot the first time too. They keep being rude. So I won’t be going back.
The last time my son and I were in the Tri-Cities we stopped at McDonald's. I have really got to say that all of the McDonough in Tri-Cities that I have been to I've got cold french fry Whole Food in general. Really rude service I understand it's children that work at these types of places oh, but this is supposed to Prime you for the rest of your life and how you handle customer service. Two stars because my food was warm but my son's was not.
