Our Dental Practice has been using iSecure for a few years. Most businesses don't pay much attention to how their shredding service is handled, but today iSecure showed us how valuable they are to us as a vendor and why they are worth your attention.nnNot only is their scheduling fast and reliable, but their customer service absolutely shines. We recently cleared out a ton of old records that needed to be securely disposed of, and we neglected to notify their scheduler that we had extra shredding for our pickup. When Shawn arrived, he politely explained to me that we would usually need to call ahead if we had overflow, but that since he knew he had time today that he was happy to take our TWO-ADDITIONAL bins of shredding.nnShawn was courteous, attentive to his schedule, and willing to assist us.
