Clean and secure but I am moving out because of the rate increase when people are out of work seems to be a bit greedy. You would think that they could wait until after the shutdown is over with and people are back to work. Other than that it was pretty good. Like I said it's very clean and secure and the new management are very helpful and try to solve any preexisting problems but the increase was just too much at this time. I would rent from them again when things loosen up but money is just too tight for an increase at this time.
This place raises their rent every other month they switch their managers every other month everything changes it makes it a big hassle to pay your bill If you can definitely find a different place
I go there to get wood, rocks, and other. There's a spot where they put extra and its free
Under new management! New manager is prompt, helpful and knowledgable. When I rented a storage two months ago, I was happy with the service and felt confident in leaving my possessions there. Thank you!
This particular Still self Storage N Rogue River does shady Business,. They raise people's rates. I've been there 2 or 3 times in they close early. They make up their own rules, I'm going to call the Better Business Bureau☹
