This is a great place if a storage unit is available! We were able to get one and the staff is so nice! I wish their hours were longer in the winter as they close their gates at 5:30 p.m. but that's my only complaint.

Very friendly! Nancy treats you like family and knew my name after about my third visit. The closing on my house kept getting pushed back and they were very accommodating when I had to move my stuff out later than I thought. And they have a lot of larger sized units which was very helpful since I was storing a lot of furniture and a car. If I ever need to store anything again it's going to be at Rogue Valley Secure Storage. After the great experience I had here I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!
