Parkway Mini Storage

My husband and I rented two different storage units over the last 6 years. Couldn't have been a better experience. Clean and well kept facility. I felt safe personally whenever I was in my unit, and also felt my items were safe and secure. The people in the front desk have been friendly and I could always count on their help for any reasonable request. Very highly recommend (and I used quite a few other storage facilities prior to moving to their units)!

Good security clean

Its ok. In all honesty I can't think of anything exceptional about this place. I think they could use a bit tighter security and more cameras placed down the aisles. As I have had my unit broken into. Somehow they cut a hole about the size of a suitcase in my door but didnt take anything. At that time I suggested raising security and told them all about how easy and convenient IP cameras are these days. Then six days later they broke the lock around closing time and made off with around 5 grand worth of my personal belongings. And they did not file any sort of insurance claim or offer any sort of reimbursment or help whatsoever with the ordeal.. In fact it took them 3 days after the first incident to even put a new door on. When i walked around the facility it had holes cut in the fence in a couple spots and things stacked against the fence almost like a ladder. With only two cameras, one on the entrance and one on the exit. There was nothing suspicious on the video until the second incident where the criminals drove there cars in and on cam. They have yet to upgraded security so i cannot say im too impressed. Will be looking into a new place soon.

I worked with the owner Judy what a wonderful person to work with lovely woman. Nice clean storage unit and look forward to putting my things in here. Seems like a nice secure place well maintained. I would highly recommend them!
