The older lady and nice young man need to get rid of the white server lady...nShe's not helping your business. I'll wait to see if she sticks around before lowering my rating. Super poor customer service.

I will never eat at Pongsri's again because of how they treated my friend. Never in my life have I witnessed such rude and unprofessional conduct from a server. My friend cried.. We waited 30 minutes for the wrong order and when we tried to return it, for the right order they refused flatly and blamed my friend. What a crazy restaurant. I will be telling everyone I know to blacklist this place on principle. Terrible customer service. Whoever the older lady is, she should be fired immediately.

Good food but horrible service. If they tell you 20 min till food is ready, know it will be more like 45 or 50. I thought maybe this was a one off but has now happened multiple times. I guess when you are the only decent thai food in town you can get away with it.

Beat Thai food in southern oregon. It doesnt get more authentic on this side of the pacific. Mint leaf Chile w/chicken and Tom Kai gah are second to none and exceptional. This place really knows how to pour on the heat with with food, so be careful how spicy you ask for things.

The food was really good and authentic . I think it was the best Thai food I have had in Grants Pass or Medford.
