Alonso with Bear Creek Lock & Safe was wonderful! He was communicative via text, arrived exactly when he said he would, and was personable and professional. He was able to address our needs quickly, effectively, and for a completely reasonable price. I’m relieved I will no longer be inadvertently locking myself out of the house due to a faulty latch!

We have used Bear Creek for all of our projects at our retirement community and they have ALWAYS taken care of us with no problems. We have switched from another local key maker after having poor results and will not use anyone but Bear Creek going forward.
