I visit the Medford area frequently and have been on the hunt for a great gym. This is the spot! Staff is super friendly and personable. Urban Fit is an extraordinary gym. Amazing equipment, great member community & atmosphere. The owners are very professional and knowledgeable. This gym, no question, is the best in Southern Oregon. I am very grateful to have the opportunity to be a member!

This gym is awesome, one of the best gyms in southern Oregon by far, anybody that is serious about their training this is the place to be.
