Just had pulled up to look at used pickups was greeted by Keaton Jones. What a wonderful person! Great listener and knows his products. He helped me with finding the perfect truck for my needs. It was really a great time and I love the truck! Everyone there that helped in the process was nothing short of super.

Courteous and efficient staff.nThe free safety inspection was thorough and appreciated but did not record the failed brake light that I noticed and mentioned to the rep.nThe service work was completed successfully but took a little longer than I had anticipated.nI was not sure how to respond to the question about buying a new Nissan because I have not bought a brand new car since 1976. I would consider Jim Sigel for a used car purchase if I saw a vehicle that I liked for my next purchase.nIn general, my experience was positive and pleasant.

New to the area and stopped in one day to see if I could get an appointment to get new brakes and change some fluids. KC the tech, I got to work with was awesome, got me all setup with an appointment. Once my Suburban went in, KC was very informative about what cost would be for each service that I needed, and prices were very reasonable. They even washed my car before I picked it up which was super awesome!! Great customer service, friendly staff, trustworthy, clean and just all around good service!! We're definitely lifetime customers, thank you KC and staff.

Went to the dealership already sold on another car at a different lot but came here just to check and I’m sure glad I did! Grant did an excellent job narrowing down the search to two perfect cars that checked all my boxes and instantly I knew that the other car was history! I was on a time schedule and bill made sure to have all the paperwork and financing stuff done on time and got me outta there super quick! I came to Jim Sigel not knowing what to expect, thinking it would be the typical pushy sales that I dreaded. I arrived expecting to get all the questions...where do you work, what do you do, how much do you have to put down. I was pleasantly surprised. Nick Zacchino spoke with me on the phone answering all my questions. He seemed genuinely interested in how he could make my buying experience great. We made plans to meet up and look at vehicles and get all of my options, he even stayed well past their closing time to accommodate me, 1 customer! I met Brian Darby that night as well and he was open and very friendly. He explained what my options were and what items would be needed. They did everything they said they would do, called and followed up with me and allowed me to decide what was in my best interest. I loved that I got to decide if I wanted to move forward or wait, they were totally transparent and consummate professionals that made me feel at ease. I will shorten this to say I will NOT go anywhere else except Jim Sigel for my next vehicle.
