Always good food and a lot of it. Not a bad price either. The only complaint is sometimes it takes too long to get your food. I've been there when it's busy and fast getting the food, I've been there when it's not too busy and slow getting the food. So sometimes it's hit or miss on quickness but the food and service is good.
I have eaten here for over 5 years and the food is good with the portions large. They also have cute merchandise for sale. It is located right off the 5 FWY. The parking lot is large and easy to navigate.
Really great staff! Super friendly super helpful. The food is the tasty healthy portions you would expect from the Black Bear Dinner.
Good food, quiet atmosphere and our waiter Robert was AMAZING! This guy is probably one of the best waiters Ive ever had.
Great customer service. The waiter was friendly. The fries were like room temperature and pretty bland. Other than that no complaints.
