Good customer service. They're fast, and they have what I need every time I go. Service is friendly and know what they're talking about. Pricing is good. Definitely Italy the place to go for your electrical needs.

The guy working today was so rude to my husband, he walked out without getting what he needed after we drove across town. He even called first to make sure they had what he was after. I wouldn't take my business here with such terrible customer service.

Each individual at this branch goes above and beyond to help out regardless of the situation at hand.nI had an issue on a Saturday and Danny (one of the counter sales employees) drove down to platt at 5am because I had an issue getting a remote locker open.nThat’s the kind of customer service that sets this platt apart from others. Nate, Zack, Danny, Steve, Jim, Chris, Evan, sandra, and I’m sure there is more I’m missing have gone the extra mile to ensure customer service at this platt is top notch.
