Whitehorse County Park

First off I want to say that the Camphosts here are AMAZING. They went out of their way to accomodate me and were happy to do it. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. The bathrooms/showers were very clean and taken care of. The park itself is obviously beautiful. Cone here if you want to have a fantastic camping experience!nnSeptember 2020 update: this park is no longer a friendly place to camp. The new camphost is terribly rude and disrespectful to campers. I have been camping here for 5 years several times a year and this is the last time. It appears she just is overly concerned about parking though nothing is clearly marked about where to park. She refused to even explain what we had done wrong with the parking. She immediately said she's contacting the ranger to deal with us. For real? Refusal to communicate with a paid guest? We were willing to do what we needed but she refused to explain why to us and just stormed off.

Whitehorse park is an amazing park! I love it with the entirety of my being. This park has so many great memories to my family and I!

Nice and relaxing place to picnic or camp.

Camp host is super nice and welcoming. Very nice little campground. River is about 1/4 mile walk from campground. They also have a nice big field and a playground and a picnic area for day use.
