It has a nice huge open field for kites or other games or just picnicking right next to the playground. Also a fenced water play area for kids during summer. Plus police constantly patrol thru there to try and keep us safe. It has a nice gazebo area and a baseball field area. I used to enjoy the Friday bands that would play on the field. Hoping we go back to normal soon to get that back.

A very large roomy park to take the family or meet on a play date. The public restrooms are one of the cleanest I have been in, the playground is huge, lots of seating, plenty of parking and just an absolute beautiful setting right on the river! The only down side is no dog park.

This Park is a beautiful place. I love the geese that live here. They have a new water park for the kids to enjoy, and three great gazebos with BBQ facilities to complete any special day with family or friends. This park is maintained on a daily basis so you can bet your experience will be remembered into the future. There are many plush grassy areas to enjoy, throw a Frisby or ball.. Dog's are welcomed and poop bag's are complementary. Come visit this glorious park any time you get a chance.

Love this park and seeing how happy it makes nearly every visitor upon arrival. The ducks are all healthy and mostly free from hazards, sometimes they will run up to you upon arrival if you park near the water. I've seen a few of them even walk up for a hand feeding as they are very personable and friendly with People. Its a real privilege just to have such a great open area within the City limits and will always have respect for the grounds, neighbors, visitors, workers and wildlife in this park. Has great view of the beautifully modern 6th St Bridge over the Rogue at dark.

It would've been a better experience, if not for all of the homeless people camped out all over the place. They were wondering through the event begging for food. We were having a celebration of life event for a friend who had passed. People were also working on their vehicles in the parking lot area too. One guy, was doing a complete brake job on his pickup. Something, needs to be done about this ASAP.
