Auto Resource LLC "Specializing in RV's"

We recently bought a roadtrek popular 190 from Auto Resource LLC after finding the vehicle on-line through RVtrader. We worked extensively with Brett to get information in advance as we were coming from another state to evaluate and potentially buy. Brett provided all requested information in advance and helped us come prepared to buy if we chose to. The entire operation was COVID-safe with masks and open garage doors to ventilate. Vehicle had been detailed and all systems were tested and functional. Test drive went well, and we moved through the purchase paperwork quickly. No issues with the vehicle since. Two minor points, both rectified - there was a table leg missing, Brett arranged for a new one to be shipped to us, arrived promptly; second it took a while to get a copy of the inspection report, but it did arrive. Brett was courteous and helpful throughout.

We purchased a 2017 Itasca Suncruiser 35P. We had an excellent experience. They held the RV for us until we got our finacing. They helped us find the financing. We had a few issues as is normal with buying a used RV and they took care of them. They provided references for various RV services that are also top notch. I would highly recommend Auto Resources LLC. Thank you all as we are enjoying our RV and go camping about every two weeks.

My first time doing business with Auto Resource LLC so I was wary. They had just listed a Bigfoot 29’ RV that interested me so I called on that Friday afternoon to view it Saturday morning. Brett met me and was very helpful answering all my questions. Hank assisted getting an independent mechanic to inspect the engine and drive train/chassis later Saturday morning. Financial and legal paperwork was accomplished by Brett on Monday. RV was otherwise inspected and minor discrepancies fixed on Tuesday, Papers signed and the Bigfoot RV was delivered 200 miles away on Wednesday. Beginning to end, the transaction was all Easy Peasy and professionally accomplished. I would definitely purchase from them again.

If you value yourself and time do not come here. The salesman was beyond disrespectful. I have never seen a salesman so eager to lose a sale. Stating they would only show RVs to “serious buyers” implying we did not have the means to purchase an RV.nnThe selection we did view both online and in person was mediocre at best.nnTruly not worth your time. There are lots of other places in the area that sell RVs that both offer good products and customer service.

I went to check out a Winnebago Rialta I saw on Craigslist. The sales man was less than friendly. He said to my husband and I that he can only show serious buyers the inventory. But after my husband mentioned he was a union carpenter, he let us look in the Rialta. Then took a call, and left us. I stood looking at him, to ask a question. And he just kept chatting on his phone. When he finished his call I asked my question, looked at my husband who was already leaving and left. For the price it seemed like a good deal.
