We recently purchased our new family vehicle from Pacific Car Company and had a WONDERFUL experience! Mike was professional and helpful the whole time. I've never had an easier experience buying a car before. We weren't pressured into anything we didn't want. We were given plenty of time to look the vehicle over and they made signing for it super easy and laid back. I was very happy with the great line of communication I had with everyone there and very thankful for all of Mike's help! I would recommend this lot to everyone I know!

I just bought a 2010 Mini Cooper convertible from this dealership. Mike is the dealer who sold it to me. The car is absolutely beautiful. Mike was wonderful. He is knowledgable, courteous and honest. He was extremely helpful and great to work with. I was on a timeline, he got me in-and-out very quickly as promised. He delivered the car to me promptly. He even filled up the gas tank for me. Best experience I have ever had at a dealership that's including new car dealers. Mike is the man and he is very easy to work with. I bought a 2010 ridgeline and he seems to only sell quality used cars. My mechanic noticed a small leak from the radiator and probably wasn't a big deal. But knowing I was buying a high mileage vehicle we were able to meet in the middle and he has able to have his trusted mechanic install a new radiator. Long story short if you find a car that you want and express your intent, Mike and his team is willing to make it happen. Prices are pretty firm but they are listed usually at a good deal. Low pressures sales environment and I felt like I was the one putting the pressure more so then the dealer. What a refreshing experience. Like I said you cannot go wrong with this used dealership and customer service is top notch. If I am ever needing another used car, which I might be in the market for another I know I'll come looking at his lot first. Good people and Mike is so easy to work with. Excellent car-buying experience! I rarely write reviews, but I know it can be a little nerve-wracking to buy a car from a used car-dealership. You can feel confident buying here! We just bought a 2011 Toyota Sienna. The price was extremely fair and the vehicle is just what we were looking for and within our budget. The best part of this experience was that Mike took care of everything related to the car very efficiently and went above and beyond to make it easy for us (getting needed info to our bank quickly, sending in the request for the licence plates to the DMV for us, etc.). He was friendly, flexible and quick to respond to all texts. When we picked up our vehicle it had been freshly cleaned, washed, and had a full tank of gas. We would definitely buy another vehicle here in the future.
