I rarely write reviews but honestly....By far the best experience I have had purchasing anything ! Jason made it such a smooth and comfortable experience . A little background ....nwe were searching for a travel trailer to ship to our home in Hawaii . We searched for over a month before we found the perfect one in Oregon ! We were unable to see it in person so Jason was amazing and made a detailed video of the entire trailer . When we made the decision to finally purchase, Jason helped us every step of the way with this very unique situation. He was not only extremely professional, he was so easy to talk too ! I felt like I was talking with an old friend :) this was a very large purchase for us, but is was honesty such a smooth transaction . I would most definitely purchase from blue dog RV again !!

My wife and I bought a Keystone camper from the Gresham, Oregon location about two years ago. We bought a extended warranty at the time of purchase. The salesman told us it was basically a bumper to bumper warranty. Every time I have taken my camper in for warranty I have to fight with the service department to get things covered. This was our first camper, and this company has given us a horrible experience. Probably just go back to tent camping and never buying a camper again. We are now going to sale our camper, get a refund on the $3000 extended warranty that doesn’t cover something simple as a door seal. If I could give this company a negative star rating I would. THANKS FOR NOTHING BLUE DOG RV. Your company is nothing but crooks.

Great service and friendly people! I needed a key for the storage lock on my coach, and the people in the service & parts department were so helpful and friendly. I walked out of there with two made keys for my lock, and I couldn't be happier. Thanks!

We just purchased our 1st RV from Blue Dog RV in Gresham Oregon. We were not told by the person selling it to us that the cost of all the items that we will need that weren't included in the sale, like the sway bar hoses, cords, going into the hundreds of dollars. The sales person mislead us by stating that the sale included everything we will need. We are not happy with the sales person. I do not recommend them. If we had known before signing the contracts we would have went elsewhere.

Craig was really rude and seemed to question every issue I brought up with him. He also made some comment (we do RV rentals) that we must charge to much. That why the RV didn’t get rented. In fact it’s a Thor and they come with manny issues. Seemed to constantly question me and my co worker and we’re experience / certified techs/advisors.
