I order here often, but what took me by surprise was the young lady who greeted me as soon as I walked in by my name. This is the first time that has ever happened. She was very polite and nice and definitely showed proper customer service. I was pretty much speechless at how nice she was that I didn’t really say much because I was lost for words. She was amazing though. Food was excellent as always, and ready when they said it would be.

I ordered from the Glendive, MT Pizza Hut last night; I had ordered the Tuscan chicken alfredo, cheese breadsticks, and two bottles of milk. The people I spoke to over the phone were all very nice. I had accidentally entered my address incorrectly on the online ordering page, and when I called to correct my mistake, they were all super understanding. The driver who delivered my order was very kind and courteous, as well; a real sweetheart. Please send this to the Pizza Hut managers in Glendive so they know how much of a positive experience I had with the driver as a paying customer; I would like him to know that he and his hard work were very much appreciated.

I get P. H. delivered regularly, I've only ordered surprimo sandwich and the jugs of sweet tea. So that's the only foods I can comment on and I love them. I always get delivery and so far haven't messed up anything.

Great selections in-store and for delivery. Great sport coverage as well as intercom music. Friendly service and clean place. Long waits for orders up the 3times I've been there even when ordering over the phone for pick up. Delivery was the fastest of all but the selection was more limited than in-store and online ordering was the best deals and cheapest with wait time long for delivery or pick up

Food wasn't great for price but staff was understanding of our displeasure. Probably won't go back but the waitress & manager were awesome & very thoughtful. Night manager Michelle deserves a raise!ud83dude01
