Strawberry Hill Recreation Area

We were the only ones there. Hsd the place all to ourselves. Hear the coyotes howl and see a little Wildlife it was nice

Beautiful walk with some views on the off trails. Routes to the peaks can be steep with some treacherous loose rocks. Can't really avoid the high grass which contains some ticks (June 2020).

Awesome little spot that's 'off the path'. Other reviews claimed the roads were too steep and rutted to make it further than the first lot.. I took a e350 Ford Econoline line van that's 2 wheel drive all the way down to the bottom. Great little walking paths that were almost clear of anyone else. I think there was 2 others parked in the lots.

Nice place to go hiking! Beautiful areas except for all the tire roots in the road haha

Rough road didn't go past the second lot stayed here to rest for the night in our 32 foot motorhome,with very little problems. Was quite peaceful.
