This place is a diamond in the rough. The price, the owner, the beauty that surrounds it, Awesome. For the RVers who don't need all the resort stuff like myself this is the place to be. An awesome place for agate hunters or people who love rock hunting.

Mel is great and this is a really friendly park right off the highway. I called Mel from Billings to see about availability and there was, then I called him back like an hour later asking for any recommendations as to where we could swim, and he gave us a great recommendation in Miles City. when we got here Mel was waiting for us and gave us a big book of coupons and things to do and Montana information as well as half a dozen eggs... What more could you ask for? Oh yeah, super fast internet. UPDATE - okay, this is a first! I woke up with the newspaper on my doorstep...! By far the nicest RV park of our travels. Not the fanciest, the nicest

I guess our camper is 5 star!?! Lol the camp ground ABSOLUTELY is!!!! Water, electricity, and even a sewer dump all right at the easiest pull through site we have ever visited! The owner was amazingly friendly, brought us a garbage can, rubber mat to wipe our feet on, and a binder with local information!!!! We will be going back for sure! The place was clean, quiet and it is close enough, I wish we had stayed here the previous 2 nights instead of at makoshika park where we did not have water or electric hookups. We could have driven the short distance to hike and had a much more luxurious night.... You know, A/C, Microwave popcorn, and all of the goodies that come from electric hookups as well as full showers connected to water, instead of the quick spritz. The makoshika park was great, but I would recommend staying here and driving the short way, it is very much worth it!!!! Did I mention super fast internet, a news paper in the morning, and he even gave us DUCK eggs for us to make for breakfast!!!!!! We had the best breakfast!!!! I really can't say enough about this place! Don't miss out on the hospitality! This is a great place to stay! ud83dude01
