I ordered a ham for Christmas Eve dinner. It was FABULOUS! We got the apple glaze. It came wrapped in foil, and I just heated it up in the foil. The ham was tender, flavorful, and not dry at all.nThis was my first time to the market but it won't be my last. I look forward to discovering more tasty treats at Excelsior Meats.
Wonderful people, QUALITY meat. Do yourself a solid and try their ham and cream cheese dip or their beef jerky. Homemade magic, I tell you.
