New owners seem good. Reasonable rates unlike some others. Clean. Supply your own lock. Code required to enter property.

Zero Stars! Unprofessional, incompetent, and unapologetic! I spoke to Niki last week and asked to reserve a 10x10 unit for my moving truck arriving the following Tuesday or Wednesday. She said they had 4 and she would save one for me. I offered to come down and pay for it right then and she told me, “not necessary!” I called her this morning to coordinate and she told me they were all rented! What?!?!?! Oh, and one of the 4 has a lock that she can’t identify and it looks like the lessee hasn’t paid in 2 months, but suddenly came back and put a lock on the unit. What kinds of business are you running? They have no idea who is coming in and out of this place and clearly, don’t care! She told me I could, “try calling other places in the area...” really? That’s your advice! I didn’t realize that was an option (insert sarcasm here!) When I told her nothing else was available, she said she had a larger unit for $30 more. I asked if she was willing to reduce the price to make up for her MAJOR mistake and she gave me a song and dance about how she’s selling the place, being audited, and can’t reduce the price. Pathetic! I hope you are truly selling the place, as you have no qualifications for owning a business! I hope the buyer has a really good CPA, as this woman cannot be trusted!
