If I could leave a zero star review I would. 24hr surveillance...is completely BS. I personally have two vehicles stored here along with an RV pull in unit. I pay good money for these services. Both of my vehicles were vandalized and one of my vehicles had the window busted out. Both vehicles were packed with personal items that were all stolen. Reason I say a zero star rating is that they do not have cameras so when I asked for the footage to be sent to the police the office manager had to be upfront and admit they didn't have any cameras.
Apparently the cameras are inop or non existent. Vehicle was broken into and performance parts were stripped from car. Website claims they have 24/7 security.
We had a great experience at All Season. The prices are competitive and we have had nothing but excellent customer service from linda. She picks up the phone all the time. Even on the weekend!! Anytime we have an issue, she is always willing to work with us.
Good stotage, good prices, clean and nice
Update - After I called from a different phone number Linda gave me a total and took off the penalty fees for the card not going through. That was nice.nnWe set our payment up on automatic credit card payments so we did not have to worry about paying it monthly. Apparently in October it was declined because of a new expiration date. Had Linda called us or even mailed a note letting us know it was declined we would have dropped off a check immediately to make sure she got her money. But instead, she waited until the end of November to spend nearly $7 to send us registered mail telling us we owe her $245 when we really only owe her for 2 months for a total $130. I'm happy to pay the bill, that is not an issue at all and would have paid it in October and November had she simply let me know there was a problem. Then when I was trying to talk to her and get a total of what is owed so I can get her a check she hung up on me and won't pick up for my call now. It's unprofessional and childish not to mention very bad business to hang up on someone who is trying to pay you.
