I got a bargain on the price but the service i recieved from Bob was a nightmare. There is no one to come and help you with measuring or putting them in. You can never get in touch with him. He does not return phone calls. I have been waiting over 7 months for them to get my. counter tops right. Of course he has already been paid.I guess customer satisfaction is on the bottom of the list. This is the 3rd attempt at cutting them and of course i am getting charged more money!!! He just says oh it will be alright or dont worry about it or we will take care of you. Yea right he just tells you what ever and does not follow thru. The best is the excuses like oh I had a guy out sick for 2 weeks or we were closed that whole week. Or we had a water leak!!! Sick to death of this whole experience.

Bob is amazing!! I ordered my cabinets & my counter-tops from him! He was such a professional and walked me through every step. The product was fantastic & he they were completed on time.
