The individual that checked out the rental and also took the return was excellent. The whole process was smooth and quick. I checked in online prior to taking the rental and was in and out under 5 minutes. Upon returning it, by the time I exited my vehicle after backing the trailer into a parking spot, he already had the trailer nearly disconnected and said the receipt was already being emailed to me. Quick, easy, painless rental process!

This has to be THE WORST UHAUL EVER!! They never answer their phones, they are very rude and and totally give you the feeling that they would rather be doing anything else but helping you! We will never go back here again!

Don't use these people go somewhere completely diffrent.. I moved from billings montana to casper wyoming in inclement weather and was forced to drop the trailer off in casper as opposed to returning it to billings.. I was charged $372.00 for a uhaul that should have cost $164 as advertised.. You run into issues they dont care.. Just another greedy corporation takin as much money from people they can..
