Wow! Kayla is one-of-a-kind! Her teaching style is encouraging and energetic! She will push you to your limit, while keeping your safety and well-being in mind. She has incredible knowledge about the human body, and she is very passionate about her work and her clients. I look forward to my one-on-one sessions every week. Her studio is very clean, and she utilizes all types of Pilates equipment in each workout. I would recommend Kayla Jane Pilates to anyone interested in strengthening their body, mind, and spirit.

I met Kayla one year ago during an extended summer stay in Montana, and loved doing Pilates with her in her studio. After an extended break, I resumed my sessions with her in fall of 2020 —this time virtually from Minneapolis. Because I do not have a reformer, all of our sessions have been on the mat. For the last three months, we have been meeting on average three times a week. I look forward to each session because Kayla has such a beautiful and generous energy. Indeed, her positivity and encouragement jump through the screen and brighten my mornings. Physically speaking, I have seen a HUGE increase in the strength of my core, hips, and upper body. My balance, flexibility, range of motion, and breath awareness have greatly improved as well. I can not recommend Kayla enough. She truly has a gift!

I started taking private prenatal classes from Kayla a little over a month ago. I was a little hesitant to try Pilates for the first time while pregnant, but I am so glad I decided to try! Every class with Kayla I feel safe performing the exercises and have already noticed a difference in my strength, flexibility, and just overall health. Kayla is very knowledgeable and that shows through her instruction. I would recommend her classes for someone of any skill level, especially first timers!

I have completed 12 sessions and I feel so much better emotionally and physically. I get a good workout and Kayla is very kind! Looking forward to more hard work!! ;)
