The gentleman who came out and rekeyed our locks was amazing! Professor, courteous, amazing customer service! There is not enough words to describe how amazing the service was. I was even given a courteous phone call to let me know the tech was on his west. I missed the call as I was cleaning our new house to get ready for paint. I even asked about him about getting extra keys . His response was “ sure no problem.” His attitude was amazing! I am referring this place to everyone
I would 100% recommend independent lock and parts. I was locked out of my truck and I called the entire list for locksmiths in billings mt and he was the only to answer the call. Within seconds of the phone call he was on the road to come help me. He was very professional, very understanding and a super nice guy. If I have any more issues in the future, he is 100% going to be the one who I call.
