I had a great experience with the Billings office only and loved everyone there.

Horrible experience! DO NOT RECOMMEND, BE WARNED! Took almost 6 months to get anything accomplished and even still really didn't get anything accomplished, They received a insurance check for part my claim (medical bills, ambulance ride ect.), never told me that they got a check, I had to call the insurance company and find out and then ask them about it. Still fighting with them over a bill that they said would be paid and never was, I'm getting letters for collections still for one of the bills I even emailed photos of the bill, The check the insurance company sent to them was more than the hospital bill and they just sent the whole thing to the hospital billing department anyway. (At this point I'm really hoping they paid the other bills they said they were going to with the checks received from the insurance company) When I reached out to them today they just responded with a letter of withdrawal. They will also drop your case if they don't see a huge payday out of it. Typical lawyers trying to line they're pockets while pretending to care, I will be getting ahold of a family member who is an attorney in another state to see how to deal with this. Really not happy with this experience!nAlso, they will charge up to 40% of your settlement for their fee and service.

I really appreciate the work that Christina has put in to help me at the Billings Office. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Douglas Day and Christina have helped me tremendously through the entire process. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Shelley Z has been the most dedicated, detailed oriented, and an overall amazing person to work with. I have never been treated with such a high level of respect and found her easy to work with because of how responsive she was. Will go back
