Billings City Attorney

The people in this office who are supposed to be serving the public, are afraid, suspicious, and hostile towards the public. They also refuse service and walk away leaving you no recourse to get answers for your questions. THESE PEOPLE FORGOT WHO PAYS THEM AND WHO THEY WORK FOR. I dont know who is in charge of this office but they need to be fired immediately.
