My Aunt took me here for a few yoga classes while I was in town visiting for the week. The gym was nice, but I really loved the yoga ud83euddd8ud83cudffb‍♀ufe0f which my Aunt tells me is complimentary with membership. First we did a stretching class and then a yoga flow class a few days later. The class was intimate and the teacher was so helpful and positive. The teacher brought all needed supplies for the whole class including blocks and blankets. She guided us through many poses including a seated warrior, “windshield wipers,” and fish pose, among others. We had a great time and got a good workout in. I felt so energized after the class!! Highly recommend the yoga flow!

Friendly people. I go in the evenings when it's quiet and love it. Pricing is good as well.

Apex is such a welcoming and warm environment! It's members consist of a wide age group. One thing I love about going to Apex is that the other members recognize you, and it gives motivation to keep going back. The staff are all extremely friendly and personal. You can tell that they love their jobs, and care about all of their clients and members. If I was given the choice between Apex and another gym in Billings, Apex will always have my vote!
