I love this bank and all the employees! It is difficult when new people start but they get the hang of the process, although I do not like change and I have my favorites, I have banked with them for almost 10 years. We have several accounts with them, loans, they have always been there for us when we need help. I would not bank with anyone else!
They let a person withdrawal funds who was not a signer on my business account and never returned my money. Lost me and my business. I would look elsewhere for a home town bank.
Everyone has been so helpful, friendly and willing to go the extra step for me. I love to walk into a bank and be greeted by name.
I have had an account with this bank for 6 months and haven't had any issues. Staff is friendly accurate and fast couldn't ask much more from this bank.
I usually receive excellent service but every time someone new assists me with a simple transaction it ends up incorrect. This is very frustrating.
