Literally the nicest and quickest branch I have been in .... over 2000 miles away from home and they made me feel right at home
Very poor service, absolutely terrible when you go to a bank told you need a appointment. Was told to come back at a time waited to get in and then told to come back next week. Pretty sorry this bank can’t hire enough help to take care of its customers. There were six customers that came to the door to do in bank banking that were upset and had to drive off. I will be moving all my accounts at Wells Fargo.
Friday, May 22 my daughter had a financial crisis. I called Wells Fargo and Stephanie answered. She offered advice and help in the end she was able to help me make the transfer, saving the day for all of us! Thank you, thank you, thank you Stephanie. Looking forward to another 25 years of doing business with Wells Fargo!
Wells Fargo scammed me (A Navy Vet), out of $700 when I had an account with them. I setup a basic free account and they switched it to an account that got charged without any notification or without me even knowing. Never was able to get my money back.nEdit: It was opened at this location.
The ATM gives better customer service than the folks inside.
