We already didn’t have much coming back and we’re told we would be informed how much Liz would be charging us, but we weren’t, and we got a little over 200.00 back out of a 500.00 federal return. We will NEVER go back, and we don’t recommend that anyone else go to them

So I got pre approved online for a tax advance just b 4 the holidays i made an apointment to get that done in butte. First they send me to the wrong adress I end up at a condemed building uptown so I give the 800 # a call and they give me the right adress. I show up with my info to get the advance I was already qualified for online. There where 2 girls working there one took off and left the other to do my advance the woman didn't know any of her passwords or even how to start she kept apologizing for her lack of knowledge and incompetence we waited there for a good 20 mins for the other girl to get back. She then took my info and I didn't even see her put any of my info in i just assumed she knew what she was doing long story short they had me leave with a pre advance saying I will recieve the money in a couple hrs I never did recieve it. they then filed my taxes with the irs forging my signature. They had 10 different advance cards open under my name. When trying to get answers and a explanation I got yelled at and literally called an idiot then hung up on. With no resolution to my problem. These girls in butte have zero idea what they are doing its the blind leading the blind in butte. I highly do not recommend u go and put your self in the same situation as me. Stay away and they charge u 500 dollars to file with jackson hewitt 500 dollars never ever have I payed that much for tax prep. there worry free guarantee doesn't exist.
