A good chunk of history here if you take your time and read up while visiting, before you visit, and even more afterwards. Yes, movie(s) were filmed here as well, but a lot of violent happenings occurred here. Car museum is very impressive.

Car collection is amazing and the prison tour worth the price of admission. Self guided tour and many eerie sections on the tour.

The prison grounds can be viewed at your own pace. Some buildings have exhibits about prison history. While interesting, this is the creepiest place I have ever visited. Haunted or not, the prison has an odd vibe.

Had a real good time with friends, too bad is was so darn cold. I'll go there again, but in the summer
