Management is great, came in on his day off to get me into a unit. Units are the worst design I've ever seen: low ceilings with beams across make for horrible use of space. Usually with a 5x10 storage you can expect to stack high, not this one. It's a fairly new storage, so they're in pretty good shape. Price is pretty high, but that's normal for this high cost of living, low income area.

This is the BEST Storage place in Kootenai area. It is locally owned and operated and they treat you like family. I would never use anyone else. They offer climate controlled units for your higher dollar items and educate you on the items which need to be in climate control vs regular units.
Very safe and humidity control is possible if that's what you need like I did.
