Just curious why there are limited branches open. I understand it's due to covid-19, but feel like upper management needs to make some changes for to the volume of customers who need their banking needs met. The lines are very long for the drive through. Very very busy. I have called the branch several times, with no success due to how busy these awesome employees are. These employees are working their tails off and it is greatly appreciated. Wish US Bank was a little more accessible for banking needs. I can now understand why others are seeking their banking elsewhere unfortunately. You're employees are great and deserve a raise, bonus or both lol for taking on all of Billings. Thank you for what you guys are doing. They need help!! Unfortunately the wait time to cash a check was 30 mins long with a total of over 20 cars in line. AGAIN I wanted to express my gratitude to these hard working employees. Thank you for what you guys do!
