The Reef Indoor Water Park

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this place is deserving as their locker/bathroom floors were insanely dirty. Their hot tub was also out of order and the water was ice cold. I would not recommend.

The water in the little kid play area was VERY cold! My little one loves playing in there but after the first 10 minutes of being there she was freezing cold!! For how much it cost I would like to enjoy my time there and not stand around shivering! Plus there was only 1 inter-tube available for the wave pool, all the rest were deflated.

Ok it was great and there was a super hot life guard so I would 1000000/10 recommended he had a man bun and he looked like he was 16 :)

Slide pool and slide water is super cold. Like freezing. Hot tub was broken but my kids had a blast. And my kids having fun is all that matters.

Water was not warm, ambient air was not warm. It was PACKED, regardless of the pandemic, it was shoulder to shoulder. Bathrooms were dirty, no toilet paper by 2pm. Will not be returning, which is a disappointment, we were really hoping for a better experience.
