I really appreciate Amber the Manager. She has been nothing but absolutely helpful, kind, friendly and professional since we have started storing our belongings with Northwest Storage. The facilities are clean and secure!
If you’re looking for a very secure self storage in the New Meadows area then this is it. I had misgivings about storing my valuables in a storage unit, but here they have security code access to the grounds, and lots of cameras keeping an eye on things. And if you’re fortunate enough to deal with Amber, she’s always pleasant and helpful (just don’t tell her I said so). I highly recommend Northwest Self Storage.
The people who work locally here for this storage company are great. I've been using the facility for a couple of years and have always had good interactions with the employees. I have had questions about a variety of things and they always tell me in the friendliest of ways. I think their policies are clearly explained. I think they try to help their customers and by helping solve any problems that may come up (such as forgetting your code for entry).
Getting a storage unit with this company was fast and easy! they made it very quick for me to get into my unit!
I have been always treated with utmost Respect by the Manager...AMBER...She does everything possible to keep your storage...Rv.n.safe....I highly recommend this storage to all people...even from McCall to Riggins..thank you.. Laszlo Bedegi
