Mr. Waite helped me through a very difficult and long divorce process (with minor children). If it was not for his extensive knowledge and experience, I would have been completely lost. My case worked out in my favor and am so thankful for all of his guidance throughout the whole process. I am very relieved it is all over and would highly recommend Mr. Waite if someone is in need of a good divorce attorney. Also, his wife Carol is wonderful. She is very kind and compassionate. I very much appreciated that throughout my divorce process.

Kevin was a great lawyer during the modification of our custody order when my son’s dad moved to Hawaii. I couldn’t have asked for a better argument from Kevin in court when we had our day. He touched on every important detail and didn’t forget anything, I was very impressed. Kevin’s advice was always very reasonable and on point with what a judge would most likely order. Kevin also provided me great emotional support and understanding during the entire year process of our situation. Most importantly, I know from the bottom of my heart Kevin is a good person with a good heart. Kevin and his wife are worth every penny!

I used Mr. Waite for my divorce. The divorce papers I signed were not the papers that were delivered to my ex.(found that out later after they were filed)nAlso, he told me the papers were filed. I then found out a month later, they had yet to be filed.nI then had to get a letter from him stating I could sell my property. I emailed him about the letter but heard nothing back. My realtor also contacted Mr. Waite about the letter. He told my realtor it was in the office and I just had to pick it up. Once I went to the office, Mr. Waite didn't even know who I was.(this was witnessed by another individual that was with me.)nThese are just a few issues I had of many, in what should've been a relatively simple divorce.

I/We highly recommend Kevin Waite for an attorney. Divorce is sometimes what seems like a never ending process but Kevin helped me be reasonable in my expectations right from the start. Kevin isn’t a show boat attorney at all which was very important to me. He is professional, educated, and realistic without all the nonsense many attorneys present themselves as. If you are looking for a Damn good attorney to get the job done give Kevin a call.nn**And we can’t forget Carol (secretary/wife) is a pleasure to work with also.
