Shoshone County Public Shooting Range

This is a great range. It's worth the drive even from Coeur D'alene. Max rifle range is only 400 yards, but that's more than enough your most people. Plenty of space so you don't feel crowded. Everyone is very safety conscious. There's even an archery range separate from the rifle/shotgun and pistol ranges.

Been to many ranges, SCPSR is 1 of the best!

Great place to shoot

We truly love going to the Shoshone County Public Range. Ray is a wonderful camp host, always making sure the gates are open and the road plowed. Honestly, it's one of the best public ranges we've ever been able to shoot at. We go fairly regularly, and it's always a positive experience.

Beautiful setting and has everything you need for a day of target practice. Saw a nice herd of elk on the way in. Visited here over the holiday weekend and will definitely be back.
