What an adventure and a glimpse of history! Our family had a blast during the summer visiting and seeing an active mine. Many don't get the opportunity to see such a creation. 5 Stars to the wonderful staff that keeps this mine up and running.

My husband and I were looking for something fun to do during our time in Idaho. We were excited to find this place! We got lucky and were the only people on our tour, which was nice and felt more personal. Plus our guide was extremely friendly, had a lot of knowledge about the mines, and a great story teller. The trolly ride on our way there was comfortable and convenient. Our driver was friendly who pointed out many different things about Wallace. I highly recommend doing the tour! Also would recommend calling in advance to confirm scheduling/tour guides.

The Sierra Silver Mine Tour was really fun! The tour guide was very informative and funny! He explained the many tools and ran some of the machinery to help one understand more the miners industry. Plan to take the tour again and bring the grandkids!

A wonderful tour out of the quaint town of Wallace, ID. You take the open air trolley to the mine, where they give a guided tour. Afterwards, explore the town. You could easily spend several hours there. ...and don't miss out on huckleberry ice cream!

Really fun! My husband and I enjoyed the mine tour, our tour guide Marty was very informative and made it really fun. We werent expecting to see equipment get fired up and demonstrated how they were used. The trolly ride was also neat and learning the town history was allot of fun too. Gift shop was awesome, full of all sorta of neat items. We will be back with the kiddos in the spring ud83dude01
