I am so very thankful to work with such an amazing interdisciplinary team who works hard to take the best care of our residents and rehab patients. The organization fosters passion for learning to facilitate personal and professional growth and stay up to date on the best care approaches and therapeutic interventions for better outcomes for our patients. This company cares and it shows with their happy staff who go above and beyond for our residents and rehab patients. Our therapy department keeps on growing and adding more programs to help community members get back home to the activities they love. Great place to work and great place to come for short term rehab, long term care, outpatient therapy, and respite care.

I have had the pleasure of interacting with the majority of the temple view staff and they have all been amazing to work with. The rehab and therapy team including Susie, Sarah, Brooke and Kara have really impressed me with their ability to connect with their patients and provide individualized care. I am able to work closely with them to provide specialized mobility equipment for their patients. This can cause extra time, effort and paperwork but they gladly do it for the comfort and safety of those they serve. Temple View is constantly going above and beyond and I would not hesitate to recommend it to my family and friends.

Made an appointment to visit my dad here. We drove 135 miles, visited for 10 minutes and they came in and said we had to leave because someone had made an appointment to use the room. When I told them I had made an appointment at that time they said I hadn’t. My dad was sad and I was ticked off. They obviously have a lack of communication between their employees. They also told us they were ordering an amplifier to help my dad hear us and it would be there in a couple of days. I asked several people about it and no one seemed to know anything about it. Once again appears to be a major lack of communication. Makes me wonder what else they’re not following through on.-Sandra Batterton

I recently had the chance to interact with the Administrator, Randy, and Transportation Services Director, Randy. The focus was how they could provide their patients an even better experience in terms of their ability to get to doctors appointments, activities outside the facility, and other important appointments through enhanced transportation . They have an intimate knowledge of their patients needs and pushed hard to ensure they have what they need in order to ensure an outstanding patient experience. They did not hesitate in investing in technologies that would make their patients as comfortable and safe as possible . I was pleasantly surprised they both were able to take so much of their own time to successfully work through this project to further better the lives of their patients . Thank you for your love for your patients . Based on my personal experience, I would recommend this facility to my family and friends for both long term care and short term rehabilitation. Just as Randy and Ray treated me so well, I’m confident their staff follow their lead.

I see my original review has been removed. As of today I’ve been here 40 days. There’s nothing wrong with me anymore. Physical therapy corrected my problem. Thanks to Sara and Neil. In the past few days I’ve discovered meds I was taking that were not prescribed by my personal GP, but the doctor at this facility. Several weeks ago I had discovered one that actually put me in such a dead sleep it was unreal. I do not need any of these. And I’ve since refused them. Not only am I bothered that they were given to me, but I wasn’t even told. If I go down the list of other departments that have lost my laundry, made me sick 30 minutes after eating and I threw up and several other issues I’d be here all day. Staff is nice. Management is very nice. I can’t thank Curtis enough for his help. Idaho is now an OPEN STATE-STAGE 4. However, the county this facility is in isn't. But the county I live in is. Confusing I know. It’s the state Governor who opened this state to stage #4. I’m very frustrated at the rules here that change daily and or per person. Each new resident that comes in here is quarantined for 14 days. A resident next to me is currently quarantined. However, I’ve seen her walk the halls and 2 different members of management walk her down the hallway. When I got here I couldn’t leave my room for 14 days straight. Why can she? I have a 61 page PDF on the regulations of long term and short term facilities. I found out that my religious beliefs were infringed on last weekend. I read about food too. But I never read anything about those than can and are able to drive their own car-to come and go to look for a place to permanently live. But I’ve been told I can’t. But no where in this 61 page PDF does it state it. As I said the rules here change daily per person. If anyone has or knows of an apartment for rent NOW in Idaho Falls-please contact me. I need to move home ASAP. Thanks in advance. Thanks to Christine for making this floor beautiful with a gazillion plants ud83eudeb4. And thanks for the starts ud83cudf31 you gave too. Thanks to Savanna for letting me know a procedure that’s needs to be done daily but isn’t being done no matter who I ask. Please do not remove this review as my first one was. Everyone has a TRUE story to tell about this facility. I’m not making any of this up. Thanks to the staff-CNAS are great and of course with them as in nurses I have my favorites. But all are nice. 4-10-21
