Freeman Creek Campground

We rented tent spot # 85. The map for camp spots is a bit deceiving, the spots are rather close to each other. The spots themselves are nice and so is Swimming area and playground, our boys had lots of fun. The one negative thing I have to say is the vault toilet was close to being full and the smell was overwhelming, I was literally gagging while using the toilet.

Nice campground on Dworshak reservoir but the road into iit is absolutely terrible. 2 miles of 10% down hill grade with many hairpin curves that require trucks, RV'S and trailer's to use both lanes both descending and ascending.

Wonderfully clean and well kept. Management and volunteers were so friendly

Nice place for a getaway. Road getting there is really narrow for two vehicles pulling rv's/ boats to meet.
