We camped at the Freeman Creek campground. Really nice, clean, well-maintained campground. We were on the Kokanee loop, where the sites were spacious and level, with water and electrical hookups. There were many water spigots/fountains as well as toilets and a clean, well-kept shower facility with goo water pressure. Also lots of parking.nnGreat place for boating, swimming, hiking, berry picking, and just relaxing. The gate staff and camp host were all friendly and helpful.nnThe road dropping into the campground is tight and windy, with lots of signs warning that large RVs and trailers will need both lanes to navigate the hairpin turns. That could get tricky if you aren't comfortable with your rig or encounter a lot of other vehicles coming in or out. Just something to be prepared for. We really enjoyed our week spent here.

We love this place! Beautiful during July and great view of the lake. Our campsite (trout 78) was on a slope so it was difficult getting in and out of our tent. There was nice shade from the trees but you had to move to get it every so often. Nice trails and good playground for the kids. Wish we could have taken something to float on in the water. Oh and the vault toilets stink BAD! The toilet sits over a hole in the floor. The last 2 days we were there there was no hand soap. ud83dude37

Great for camping! Reservoir was so low that swimming and playing in the water was not possible. Looking forward to trying again next year earlier in the season.

Remote camping was awesome. Loaded the boat and left the camp trailer behind
