10 stars if I could! Officer John Richter was an angel! We broke down and had zero cell reception. He was amazing, hung out with us to keep us safe with the kids, got us 2 tow trucks and even refered us to the local shop where we were very well taken care of! What an amazing guy and what a great community! We are so grateful!

Shoshone county drivers liscence personnel are the rudest most unhelpful people I’ve ever had to deal with. Usually I would Gladly drive the 3 hours to visit the dmv in Moscow but sometimes I have to visit here and it’s always a complete and utter circus

I would like to thank the woman at the front processing new licenses. She was efficient and got her job done very quickly. Thank you! We are so glad to see a state run office that runs so smoothly! Thank you again and we will see you soon!

It's completely ridiculous, but it's literally impossible to get a hold of anyone or call anyone back. I've been trying to contact an officer and get a report but no one has a direct line apparently. It's completely disorganized there.

They don't do their job.
