Having pump issues and called on Monday to schedule pulling the pump and pipe replacement. Was given an appt for Friday. Seemed a little bit long to wait but ok, I said I will take the Friday appt. They never showed, when I called they said, we have too many emergencies and can't make it. Did you think to call me and cancel?? It is the middle of winter, we removed the roof and made access to the pump and now they want us to wait until next Monday.nThe worst part part he was not even apologetic for dropping ball or inconveniencing us.nThis is not the first unsatisfactory encounter with them, everyone has a bad day so was giving them a second chance and trying to keep it local.nI found another company and would NOT RECOMMEND STROM.

Not punctual, no communication, lack of work ethic, extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Would not recommend

Strom originally installed my pump years ago. Today I had a water pressure issue. Called and was surprised that they could come right over. Andrew was professional and knew exactly how to fix the problem. I am leaving a review becsuse they also rescued my frozen pipes at my well head immediatley and got my water back on fast on two occasions. Also they put in elecrical panels in two outbuildings. Just good communication and good quality, fast and responsive.

We are impressed with the electricians who recently wired our home when we changed from a propane to an electric water heater. They were courteous, pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. We prefer doing business with local providers and we highly recommend Strom Electric as an excellent resource for your electrical needs.

Absolutely avoid. Horrible communication. Called them to schedule a small rewiring task. The lady asked me for all my information and said they'd get back to me on the schedule. Got a text message later from Jeff, saying they could schedule me in. Then...nnNothing. For 3 weeks. Nothing.nnCalled back and apparently they had my name, but couldn't find my information (which was apparently why they never contacted me). Gave them all the info again and waited another week without response. At this point they can't use the lost info excuse again and I am fed up and moving to another service.nnAbsolutely avoid this company!
