The first time I found myself in need of their services, it was a Sunday afternoon, middle of winter and I had managed to lock the key to the rental car, yes, yes, in the rental car - oh, and in the garage no less! Jim returned my call within minutes and was to my rescue in short order. Given the area where I live, I was delighted when it did not cost an arm and a leg. Since that time, they are always my first and only call. Whether it is for the office door locks that need changing or when a neighbor manages to lock themselves our of their house, these guys are great locksmiths, honest and honorable. You should make them your first and only call!
