Mr. Garner has been great to work with, I don't have any prior experience working with lawyers but Mr. Garner was the third lawyer I have seen so far regarding my case. He read over all of my stuff before we met unlike the first lawyer I went to where I showed up almost an hour early and got in late with and made me wait while he read over everything for 15 minutes and he had no paperwork of any meaning to my case that I even needed to wait for.nnMr. Garner gave me the full time I paid for and put in extra time outside of that. He was very responsive through email and went above and beyond to answer questions at no extra charge.nnI am so glad I went to him he helped me know what needed to be added to my paperwork and how to clean things up so I could better make sense of all the crisscrossing verbiage that contradicted and didn't add to our plan.nnMr. Garner came highly recommended by a friend and I can understand why. Even while I waited in the lobby I heard two ladies coming back to him for a divorce case that had worked with Mr. Garner previously but had left to save some money to work with another lawyer but had regretted their mistake and recognized the value in working with Mr. Garner.

Josh was helpful, knowledgeable, and effective with my case. Good man, Good lawyer.nnMadison county has a court system is the same way Bill Clinton has a marriage. Which is to say it technically exists, but it's a hot mess and nothing of note has been accomplished on that front since 1979. Much like the Clinton's marriage, the Madison county court has no communication, no parties who feel responsible to improve the situation, and little to no hope of future improvement. The problem, for you, is that you can't pull a fast one like 'ole willy and get your case taken care of elsewhere. If you now what I mean.nnNow you may be wondering why I just wrote a paragraph comparing the Clinton's sham matrimony and the shameful Madison county court. It's partly because I'm annoyed at the court, since they took the better part of 10 months to deal with my traffic case. and partly to illustrate the point of why you need a good lawyer like Josh. Would you marry Hill dawg if you got the chance? No! so don't make other mistakes like going to Madison county court alone, because they would give you the death penalty for jaywalking if they could.

Josh helped me with my parents wills and power of attorney today- something they have been putting off for a long time! Josh helped walk them through the process, explained everything and gave great recommendations. This was a huge load off my shoulders, thank you for helping me get this done. Highly recommend!!

Josh is the only person I trust when it comes to legal matters. He has treated us MORE than fair and has handled things from our adoption to my mom's living will and power of attorney. He is very knowledgeable and ready to help. I've never met an attorney willing to go so far above and beyond what is needed to make sure things are taken care of and taken care of perfectly.
