SOMA Jiu-Jitsu Academy - Rexburg, Idaho

I have been training with Soma Jiu-Jitsu for a little over a year and I can say it is the best atmosphere for any kid or adult, man or woman who is looking to improve their overall life. It has improved so many parts of my life from extreme weight loss to being more confident in everything I do. Come and see for yourself! The proof is in the pudding.

I am SO EXCITED for Soma Jiu Jitsu to come to Rexburg! I first started going earlier this year at their location in Idaho Falls. I even made the commute 2-3 times a week because it was worth it! Prior to joining Soma, I had never done martial arts before. Normally I am super very nervous and awkward in new social situations, however the instructor, Jared and his son James, were super welcoming. Soma has this family vibe to it. You feel like you can learn at your own pace in a safe environment. Also, best of all, I feel totally comfortable and confident inviting my friends to come with me!
