Super smart. He really knows his business! He's also very quick and doesn't miss a thing. Worth every penny. We even forgot to pay him last year and he didn't send us to collections or harass us. Just told us we had to pay for last year before we could schedule this year, which was totally reasonable! I thought my husband was taking care of it, he thought he already had. They were very nice about it.
